Calming Strategies

Today's post is about Calming strategies. We have been thinking  what Strategies can keep us calm down. We have been doing it when we are angry.

Strategies that can keep us calm.
Dragon Breathing
Rainbow Breathing
Finger Breathing
Drink of water
Pretend you are Squeezing a lemon.
Calm Music
Counting
