Here is my 100 word count story.

A polar bear was started in the arctic ocean the ice he was on was melting and melting. As I saw him I ran as fast as I could to the nearest rescue place to call for help. I had to wait for a while for someone to pick me up. 5 minutes came by the commissioner for rescue  arctic animals picked up; they were in Canada that was close to the arctic. I told them what happened and I ran back to the polar bear. He was farther into the ocean. The two helicopters came and rescued the polar bear and he went back to his home.

Thanks for reading my post.

  1. Kia ora Tory. I'm a facilitator in the Ako Hiko cluster in Auckland. I used to give my class a 100 word challenge. They had to get exactly 100 words so they found it frustrating when they were on 101 or 102. What was hard about this task for you?

    1. Hello Phill,
Thanks for commenting on my post. The task was pretty easy but the most frustrating bit was to get it on 100.
