Matariki Stars

Hi Everyone,

Last Thursday we started making Matariki stars. We had to draw a star big enough to fill our page. The patterns and art we used was called zentangle. Mr O'Leary said " The more Zen tangle art the cooler it is" We dyed our background using paint brushes it had to dry.  The next thing we did was glue our star on our dyed background.

Winter Sports Is Starting!!! ❄

Hi guys,

Today's post is about winter sport starting. Winter sport is starting this term because of the Covid 19 lock down last term. This term there are 4 teams for football for my school. The team that I am in is Hornby United that is one of the names for the soccer teams in our schools and we are Vs Gilberthorpes team A.

100 Word Count And It's New Term!!!!!!!

Hello guys,

Yesterday was the first day of term 3. Also we have Mr O Leary back for 5 weeks we have him back because of the Coronavirus Lock down here in New Zealand. Now I will be telling you the new prompt for this weeks 100 word count. It Is Then it Began.

Here is my 100 word count story it is a bit over 100. It is 101.

The Game was about to start. Then it began the our soccer game started. It was Hornby United Vs Hornby Hawks. My team is Hornby United we had 5nill and Hornby Hawks had 4nill. It was going to be a very tough game  because both teams had super extreme good players. We got another point, they got another point. The game was getting close to finished and the weather got a bit chilly. At the end of our amazing soccer game we tied up with 11nill each. Our game was a tiring game. I hoped we would maybe vs them again.

Last week for cybersmart we got told to make a poster about how to keep your password safe. We watch a video of how to remember your password. Our teacher said make it strong not like abc123 because it is easy and people will know it. Have you choose a good and strong password?
